Founder and CEO of AI Peers

Biography

Ushaseer Tembe holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Physics (First Class Honours) and an M.Sc. in Advanced 2D Materials (First Class Honours), where his thesis focused on the photocatalytic properties of 2D materials using MXenes as co-catalysts. Building on this solid scientific foundation, he transitioned into the world of product development, working across diverse industries to design and scale innovative solutions.

His journey naturally evolved into Artificial Intelligence, where he helps organizations apply AI across research, education, business, and product innovation. He is the Founder & CEO of ProdCycle Limited, a product-centric, AI-inclusive company; Founder and CEO of AI Peers, a community-driven AI learning and collaboration platform; and creator of Dhaily, a digital finance tool designed to support small businesses.

Through this blend of academic research, industry practice, and entrepreneurial leadership, Ushaseer bridges the gap between science, innovation, and AI-driven sustainable development.

**Workshop Topic: AI as a Catalyst for Research, Innovation, and Sustainable Development**

The interactive workshop, facilitated by Mr. Ushaseer Tembe will engage participants in exploring how Artificial Intelligence can be applied as a practical tool for research, product innovation, and sustainability. Going beyond theory, the session will include demonstrations of AI-driven applications that optimize green chemistry processes, streamline product development, and open access to advanced research tools.

Participants will work through real-world case examples, with a focus on challenges and opportunities in the Niger Delta, to identify how AI can be harnessed to create impact-driven, sustainable solutions. By the end of the workshop, attendees will leave with clear pathways, hands-on knowledge, and collaborative ideas for integrating AI into their research and innovation practices—directly advancing the conference vision of combining green chemistry and AI for a better future.
